Project Summary
Initially led the Brand transformation project when employed by Interbrand; seconded to work inside the team to implement stringent processes to support the Group Marketing function and later, employed as a consultant on retainer directly as trusted Advisor to the Group Director and leadership team on brand and marketing initiatives to support group strategy.

Challenges
Small internal team with limited processes in place, a move from regional to centrally managed Marketing teams, changes in Board support for Marketing.

Solutions
Review and rejig of team capabilities and core functions, working together with core comms teams, set-up of stringent processes to support workloads, project resourcing and delivery, development of marketing strategy and campaigns to support 3x newly created digital businesses, creation of content and management of brand workshops and employee engagement programs.

Results
Enhanced brand consistency and a significant boost in employee morale. A confident and prepared team with greater buy-in from the business.
