Engaged to guide the client and newly formed Brand team through global rebrand and business transformation uniting disparate entities into one.
Challenges
Internal engagement of separate cultures and mindsets, brought in after the agency scope of work had been agreed, limited new brand guidelines and no governance to support the long term success of the new brand, need help setting new foundations.
Solutions
Clear direction for brand activation and employee engagement by implementing a roadmap and schedule for expected outcomes, comprehensive review of workstreams underway and yet to begin, aligning outputs with global brand strategy, rolling out new visual identity across all assets, creating Brand ambassador community and training, strategy creation for EVP and Employer brand, brand architecture etc. Also supporting targeted communications and marketing campaigns through Australia, Middle East and Asia regions.
Results
Promoted awareness of the new brand both internally and externally. Strong and consistently correct use of the Brand. Significant stock price increase.
